COMPLAINTS ARRANGEMENTS

If you have any concerns about your child’s education, you should contact the headteacher who will be pleased to arrange an appointment with you. If your concern is unresolved and you wish to pursue it further, Children and Young People/Schools has drawn up complaints procedures (required under section 23 of the Education Reform Act), which you may wish to consult.

The centre has adopted the Wakefield Metropolitan District Councils complaints procedure, as produced by the Education and Cultural Services.
